In this episode, you can hear the secrets behind the Best Rosé of Germany and actually of the world in 2020. I spoke to Frank Dinter and Christian Braunewell from the Braunewell Dinter winery, Rheinhessen, Germany about the origin story of the tasty wine ghost and the vision of making an age-worthy, international top-level Rosé in Germany. The Braunewell Dinter ‘der Rosé’ is an outstanding wine from the packaging till the assemblage and vinification. The gentlemen reveal why the Pinot Noir, St. Laurent, Merlot cuvée works best for them, as well as explained the importance of barrel usage and spontaneous fermentation. Mr. Braunewell also exposes one of the great secrets of the world: how a rosé wine can be made?! So stay tuned if that question still needs to be clearly answered in your book.

As a personal note: I love every vintage of this Rosé myself, and happily recommend to any guest in the restaurant, if they are looking for an elegant, spicy and profound companion at the dinner table that helps them magnify the aromas through multiple courses.

Please enjoy this episode and never resist a rosé, it might win your heart.

This Rosé is clearly for ageing and the best proof: the 2018 Vintage is the winner of the 'The Best Rosé of 2020 - International Championship Rosé' title.
